Our story
Gather Haven Experiences is a corporate events and hospitality company in El Paso. We plan and run meetings, conferences, retreats and banquets, and we take care of the details so that hosts can spend time with their guests.
Our mission
A good company event feels easy to the people attending it. That takes a lot of small decisions about rooms, food, signage and timing, and we make them early and write them down.
How we work
Each event starts with a goal and a headcount. We visit venues, confirm vendors, build a run-of-show and staff the day. Afterward we review what worked and update our checklists.
How we plan
Visit the room
We walk every space, including the loading dock and the restrooms, before we recommend it.
Be honest about cost
Quotes list every line, including service charges and overtime.
Treat staff well
Servers, setup crew and greeters get briefings, breaks and fair schedules.
Have a backup
Each event has a backup for the room, the food count and the projector.
